The gastronomic identity of Villa de Mazo is built upon its agricultural, livestock, and artisanal traditions, maintaining a close connection with the landscape and the trades that have shaped the municipality for generations. Here, visitors will find local, seasonal produce based on traditional methods: mid-mountain crops, family wineries, artisan cheese factories, prestigious honeys, and pastries linked to the festive calendar and daily life of the municipality. This diversity of local products is complemented by the Municipal Market, a meeting point between producers and the public that concentrates a good part of Mazo’s agri-food and artisanal offerings.

In addition to this productive base, there is a small but well-differentiated range of restaurants. Playa Salemera and Casa Goyo represent the municipality’s connection with the coast and seafood cuisine, while Jazmíne incorporates a Thai cuisine proposal that adds variety within an environment dominated by traditional gastronomy. Between the three establishments, options range from local recipes made with products from the territory to more contemporary proposals.
